Q: WHY ARE THERE TWO DAYS OF CERTIFICATION SEMINARS?
A: We don't want you to take the course and then not be able to master the techniques or become self-directed. We want you to have the opportunity to use the techniques in your clinical practice during the month, and to make corrections based on your feedback, so that you can improve your skills.
The price is for two days.
We also have our own re-learning scheme called " Enhanced Learning System "If you feel unsure, you can always go back to any venue. If you feel unsure, you can use this system at any time, at any venue.
Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE JUST ONE OF THE ACCREDITED COURSES?
A: Of course you can. Please click on the "Click here to register" button for each local seminar to open the application form and fill in the required information. Q: I AM STILL NOT CONFIDENT IN MY KNOWLEDGE OF ANATOMY AND KINESIOLOGY, IS THIS OK?
A: Don't worry! You have nothing to worry about as we will take responsibility for teaching you so that you can achieve clinical results.
It would be helpful if you bring an easy to understand dissection book or smartphone app with you on the day.
Q: I'M AN ST AND I'M NOT SURE IF I CAN KEEP UP WITH EVERYONE.
A: No problem! We have had many STs take the course so far. Don't worry, at the end of the course you can easily reach a level that is as good as a general PT or OT.
Q: I DON'T HAVE ANY COLLEAGUES AND I'M A BIT WORRIED ABOUT GOING IT ALONE.
A: Don't worry at all! Many of the people who attend our courses are single people. Everyone can be paired up on the day and there are always plenty of instructors available to help.
Q: WHAT IS THE RATIO OF CLASSROOM TO PRACTICAL TIME?
A: It varies from lecture to lecture, but it is generally structured around 3 (classroom) to 7 (practical). This time structure has been developed by the IAIR to provide the best balance for students to learn.
Q: I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF THE EVENT IS HELD CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE.
A: Accredited courses are held in the Hokkaido (Sapporo), Tohoku (Sendai), Hokuriku (Toyama), Kita-Kanto (Maebashi), Tokyo, Tokai (Nagoya), Osaka, Shikoku (Matsuyama) and Kyushu (Fukuoka) areas from the north (as of May 2017). Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD FOR THE CERTIFICATION COURSE?
A: Of course it is possible . It is not possible to set up an instalment payment within the page of the Association. If you wish to pay by instalments, please contact your credit card company after you have completed your credit card payment and complete the procedure yourself.
Q: I CAN'T ATTEND AT SHORT NOTICE, IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL?
A: CANCELLATIONS WILL BE DEALT WITH IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICY.
The cancellation policy is as follows Up to 15 days prior to the date of the course Free of charge 8 to 14 days prior to the course 50% of the course fee 7 days or less prior to the course 100% of the course fee
If the event is postponed, the date on which the cancellation policy is based will also be postponed.
No refunds will be made for cancellations made after the time limit stated above under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation without notice, the above cancellation fee will be charged regardless of whether the payment has been made or not. In the event of a cancellation after payment has been made, a refund fee of 550 yen (including tax) will be charged. In case of cancellation, please send us your bank details (bank name, branch name, account number, account name) by e-mail. Please note that we will not be able to provide a refund if you cancel at the last minute.
In the case of a change of schedule, the course may be rescheduled only once, if the change is made at least 7 days prior to the start of the course. Please contact the office in charge.
Changes and cancellations must be made by 6.00 p.m. on our working days. We will respond to your request no later than the following day.
