Fascia is getting a lot of attention at the moment, but what really is fascia?
What is its structure, how does it connect and how does it move?
How well can you explain fascia to your patients?
Have you been misinformed?
Is fascia something that can be removed in the first place?
Dr. Jean-Claude Gambatou will be coming to Japan to give a lecture on his method, which is unique in the world.Dr. Jean-Claude Gambatou, who performs dissections on living bodies, is finally coming to Japan! Dr. Jean-Claude Gambatou will be giving a lecture on
Every day there is a lot of debate about fascia, in different places, with different opinions, so why not put an end to it?

He is a French plastic surgeon and hand surgeon, co-founder and former director of research at the Institut Aquitain de la Main, and former president of the French Society for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (SOFCPRE). Educated in hand and plastic surgery at the University of Bordeaux and experienced in microsurgery and skin grafting, he has spent 20 years passionately studying and defining the microstructure and movement of tissue under the skin, using endoscopes to visualise living tissue. As a director and producer, he has been involved in the production of numerous videos of living human fascia, and has proposed new paradigms based on the discovery of new concepts of the "tissue" that makes up living things.
He was born in 1947.

STRUCTURE OF THE LIVING HUMAN FASCIA (WITH DVD) EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX AND CELLS SHOWN THROUGH ENDOSCOPY
Taken from: http://www.idononippon.com/book/sports/3124-9.html
The anatomy of the "living human body"! The structure of fascia is now revealed!
A book on micro-dissection by endoscopy, using a "living human body", is finally available in Japan, in sharp contrast to conventional dissection books, which dissect and observe dead bodies. This book is the culmination of the author's endoscopic studies of internal tissues, performed by a hand surgeon in over 1000 operations over a period of 20 years.
What kind of touch should be used to make the treatment effective on the living human body? It is no longer possible to claim that manual therapy has no effect on the subcutaneous tissue", the author says, and continues: "If you want to continue to rely on force, then you must use the 'dry touch' of the traditional textbooks. "If we want to continue to rely on force, we do not need to replace the 'dry muscle and myofascial tissue image' of conventional textbooks. Once you have grasped the living structure of fascia, this book will change the world of the therapist.
THE CONNECTIVE TISSUE, THE "GREAT UNIFIER" OF THE BODY. HOW DOES IT WORK IN THE LIVING STATE OF THE HUMAN BODY? WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL ENJOY THE ACCOMPANYING DVD AS MUCH AS WE DO.
